With the global digital health industry on the rise and healthcare systems across the world facing unprecedented social and economic pressures, this latest global ranking aims to highlight those companies who are leading innovation in healthcare delivery and efficiency. Kry is named in the telehealth category, which includes digital platforms and technology that enable remote care and virtual consultations.

Newsweek compiled the research for the 2024 World’s Best Digital Health Companies with Statista and surveyed 3,000 companies across 35 countries, with a total of 400 companies being named as the most innovative including Kry. In the report, Statista evaluated three core pillars to assess each company and form the basis of the global ranking. This included:

- Impact assessment based on quality, innovation and benefit to society

- User engagement via apps and websites

- Financial performance and stability

Johannes Schildt, CEO of Kry: “We know that our proven digi-physical model increases accessibility to care for patients and reduces administration for our employees, driving quality and efficiency across health instances. It is gratifying that this is also reflected in this global ranking and shows that our combination of state of the art tech and digital-physical healthcare is what serves patients and society best.

Newsweek has divided the digital health companies into seven different categories depending on their operational focus. Kry aims to provide the best care possible to its patients by leveraging its technology to advance healthcare both digitally and physically. The company, founded in Sweden in 2015, is now delivering over 200,000 consultations per month and operates 59 clinics across France, the UK, Sweden and Norway.
